How to retrieve a lost password

I can't login to my helpdesk, the app pops the error "Invalid login or password". How can I retrieve the lost password?

Answer:

Please don't worry if you can't login; there is the "Forgot password" link on the login page, click on it to reset your password. Just make sure that you provide a valid email address that matches the address in your profile.
