Embedding videos

JitBit Helpdesk supports embedding YouTube and Vimeo videos.

To embed a video into a Knowledge Base article, ticket or comment, all you need to do is paste the YouTube or Vimeo link to the text area, and the video will be embedded automatically.

In case YouTube or Vimeo video embeds are blocked in your network, we also leave the link to the video below the movie previews.
