Remote login URL for helpdesk

You can set a "remote login URL" for your helpdesk, and whenever user click "log in" button, instead of opening our default login page, the user will be taken to your own login-URL. For example in your own application. Which can (optionally) redirect him back to our helpdesk after authenticating.

Question:

Is there a local login page for Jitbit Helpdesk so it doesn't get redirected to our SSO page, set up in "Remote Login URL"?

Right now we use have SAML authentication set up and we set "Remote login URL" so whenever a user hits the app, it automatically gets redirected to the SAML authentication page.

Answer:

Either set "remote login URL" to empty, or use "/User/Login?noredirect=1"
