It would nice if we could get percentage numbers for how many tickets are in each category/tech/user.This way we can quickly see what percentage of the tickets that come in are in which category or how much much of the tickets does one tech handle based on the overall number that comes in.

The category percentages are shows in the Summary report pie chart. We'll add percentages to the technicians report too.
