Hi,I would like to disable e-mail notifications for agents (techs).
I know i can disable notification on agent setting which works OK. Agents do not get any emails to their inboxes on replies ...
But one thing also stops working (which is not ok) : Notification done with Automation rules.
Example of notification not working:
I have Automation rule "when ticket becomes overdue" to send e-mail to assigned tech.
But when ticket IS overdue, no email is sent.
As feature request it would be nice to have option in automation rules to send email to techs, when notification for techs are off (checkbox option to send anyway).
