Working Hour column

Hi,

I have added more than one mailbox to the application and the working hours for each one of the team is different which is making it difficult to monitor teams SLA. 

I would like you to consider adding "working hours" each time a new mailbox is added which can hep the team ensure they are attending the ticket within the turn-around-time.

It would be also useful to have an option for various working hours on different days e.g. in my company we have different working hours at Friday, which is actually something very typical in Austria and Germany.
