Could be also consider to provide possibility to reduce/expand group of columns "Custom fields" displayed on grid

I suggest also to add a magnifying glass in the up corner of tickets to filter the displayed custom field on Custom field name (based on "field contains value anywhere in field")

On ticket grid, display the name of these groups above the columns with icon to collapse/expand them
