To be able to send an email with the hashtag #Redirect# in the title.

This then allows, without cutting or truncation, to send an email on an existing ticket.

In this full request, the #Redirect# is a more general suggestion than the #BehalfOf:Email_address# one,

because it can be used throughout the management of a problem.

Doing a "new Tk on behalf of" in the GUI (or using #BehalfOf:Email_address#) and
then using the suggested #Redirect# option is one way to cover the first part of my request.
