votesAllow assigning a ticket to multiple technicians
So that tickets have extra visibility by multiple techs, it would be great if a ticket could be assigned to multiple techs...so that the ticket shows up on the techs ""Assigned to You" tab. Currently, with only one tech assigned...other techs that also need to keep an eye on those tickets, have to go out of there way and sometimes tickets are missed.Log in to comment...
IF you turn it on, you have to click the button to change the assigned to, then click the 'add secondary assignees... then you can type in the techs. It wil then show up on your 'assigned to me' filter.
