Active Directory Integration ImprovementsHello, hoping this can be looked into. We currently utilize the on-premise solution of Jitbit. Whenever we have a user change their name for various reasons in AD, we have to manually go into JitBit and update the userID. If we are not proactive in doing this, then it creates a second ID for the user and they cannot access their original tickets under their original userID. Then we have to go through a whole process in order to clean up the user's access: merge the IDs if any tickets have been worked under the new ID, disable the new ID, etc. It can be a bit cumbersome at times.
Is there anyway for the AD sync to pick up on name changes made in Active Directory to make managing the users a bit more seamless?
