Active Directory Integration Improvements

Hello, hoping this can be looked into.  We currently utilize the on-premise solution of Jitbit.  Whenever we have a user change their name for various reasons in AD, we have to manually go into JitBit and update the userID.  If we are not proactive in doing this, then it creates a second ID for the user and they cannot access their original tickets under their original userID.   Then we have to go through a whole process in order to clean up the user's access: merge the IDs if any tickets have been worked under the new ID, disable the new ID, etc. It can be a bit cumbersome at times.

Is there anyway for the AD sync to pick up on name changes made in Active Directory to make managing the users a bit more seamless?

To expand on the idea further, can Jitbit be configured to use the SID to pull in changes and update from AD? That way if the name is changed in Active Directory, it would update automatically the next time the user logs into the ticketing system.

Also, could we have the Active Directory sync check for the Disabled flag on user accounts and disable them automatically in JitBit? I'm wondering if some of our issues with the ticketing system syncing the IDs properly is because we have users in our ticketing system that are either disabled or no longer exist in Active Directory.
