Option to hide/collapse replies produced by automation rules

When multiple automation rules have fired during the lifetime of a ticket, it becomes difficult to read the flow of 'human' replies. Could an option be given to hide/show or collapse/uncollapse these on the ticket page.

Great idea. Currently tickets are very illegible.
