Archive Ticket, Attachments and Users

So we can close a ticket but can we also have a button to archive a ticket?

Could there be a setting in settings that delete or archive tickets for example 1 year and also can there be a global archive setting that will archive all tickets for example after 5 years? 

Maybe archive the tickets to a zip file for tape or cloud backup or oblivion? This would also include attachments and perhaps even stale user accounts.

This would be a great addition. If not this then the ability to configure cloud storage (ie. Azure Storage Blog and AWS S3) for the hosting of attachments instead of in the database.
