Ticket category security

As an admin, to be able to prevent ticket to be close inside a specific category

This will force technicien to classify tickets in the proper category

This will also improve reports efficiencies and be more accurate

Not sure if this will help, but in our ticket system I set up an automation rule that if a ticket is closed and the category is not changed from the default, the ticket re-opens and sends an update to the tech to select the correct category. It will continue to do so until a category other than the default is selected.
