Option to change wording on Local login button.

Need the option to change wording on Local login button. We use SSO for our on-campus users, and the local login for external users. All users seem to have an issue deciding which one to choose. If I could label one for internal login and one for external logins, that would be great.

Also would be great if we could easily change the button colors to highlight the preferred option. I used to do this with CSS, but it no longer works on the SAML button.
