This idea is to expand on the capability of scheduling the reports. Our management wants to be able to obtain month - end statistics on tickets, and pretty much use all the reports available in order to do so. However, in order to get true month statistics, the reports have to be run on the last day of the month, meaning someone has to run the reports after hours. It would be more efficient to have a way to set a date and time for a report to be run and emailed to the requester.

I'd like this as well. It could be done by adding a "TimeofDay" trigger and "Run a Report" action to the automation rules feature.

I would like a TimeofDay Trigger to capture point in time statistics. Request a way to get average number of unclosed tickets for the month.
