Custom Status process already creates buttons to move items from one status to another.

Would like to see if the Custom Status button could be used to trigger events outside of the application

Use Case:

Ticket is created

Move ticket to 'order needed' status

New action button appears to open an external web-page on demand (in our case, an order entry page for our ERP)

Could also be used to open pages to other tools as well.
