Option - Limit TAG list management to ADMIN only and allow TECH to add knows tags

SITUATION :

TAG are used with automation rules

TAG are used for custom filter by TAG

On my side, the TAG list is managed by the ADMIN only

The tech agent must be able to add some existing TAGS but not to create additional TAGS which are not already in the list of TAGS managed by the admin

PROBLEM :

The Tech agent are able to create some additional Tags

This can polute the tag list and polute the list of tag displayed

SUGGESTION :

Creation of an option to restrict the Additional TAG creation to AMDIN only

But, let the Tech agent able to add some existing TAG

admin
