On/Off option for "On Behalf" ticket option during creation

In our company we do not want/allow other users to open tickets on behalf. Please vote to create an option so that this can be disabled by choice.

Example: A Rep/Manager opening a ticket on behalf of their director level or higher asking for permissions or changes to be made. If I technician misses this without proper approval changes could be made when its not approved by said director.
