Automation Feature request for merging tickets

I would like to create a rule similar to:

When - Ticket is created
AND all - Category is %specific_category%, Subject matches open ticket in %specific_category%
DO THIS - Merge tickets, (a bonus would be deleting the body and attachment from the first ticket)

I don't want to delete the original ticket entirely since there may be updates in the comments.
