Modify Asset Management permissions to use Company and Department of the User (manager) and the Asset. That way administrators can specify unique permissions just like tickets for the assets.Example:
User (manager) account is under company ATT, department Software.
Asset is a dell workstation with company ATT, department Workstations.
Admin should be able to specify that if companies match between User (manager) and Asset, then the User should be able to modify or manage the asset.
Admin should be able to specify that if companies AND departments match between User (manager) and Asset, then the User should be able to modify or manage the asset.
Admin should be able to specify the inverse of these rules as well.
