Ability to leave comments in customer satisfaction section

It would be extremely helpful for customers to be able to leave comments when rating their experience (good/okay/bad), especially in the case of bad comment. If that prompted more details, it would be helpful to see if it was a mistaken click, or if something happened that needs to be addressed with our technicians internally for training purposes.
