Translations for sections, categories, custom fields

In a multi-language environment, it would be useful to have translatable sections, categories and custom fields, so that every user can see that labels in our own language.

For example, I can have a "Feature request" category, and an Italian user (with set it-it language) should see "Richiesta di implementazione" instead.

This would mean that in every custom label I should be able to set a default value and many translated value, one for language.
