Don't Re-open Ticket on Technicians Only Replies

Please add a way so that "For technician only" replies do not re-open closed tickets. Currently the only options for this feature are "Yes" "No" and "Within X days"

would be very helpful for us since repeat closures can send repeat ticket closure emails (though this can be avoided if the technician remembers to use the "Close silently (no email sent)" option.
