SLA timer

It would be really helpful if you could display the remaining time left in order to meet SLA. Both within in the ticket details and the main page, so you can prioritise those tickets closest to going out of SLA

To piggy back off of this, have a setting where we can define SLA's based off of the priority of the ticket. We have a work around right now with automated tasks, but only on the initial ticket creation. It doesn't change if we change the ticket priority.
