Sort Knowledge base
Ability to sort Knowledge base alphabetically or by last updated
Do you mean the ability for the end-user? Or the administrator to pre-sort the articles?
As an end-user mainly. I know how to "re-order articles" as the admin, but as an end-user, or even a technician, looking for an article, or trying to skim thru the titles, can be tedious depending on how many articles are in a category.
For me it's important to activate this only for admin or be able to select who can do this.
