Advanced permissions for techs - Multi assign tickets, take ownership and change category

Could we get some advanced permissions to assign to techs which gives them some of the same features as an admin, but without making them an admin?


e.g.

Multi assign tickets to themselves

Multi assign their own tickets to new categories

Availability of limiting the category changing to the Tech agent is a very good idea

perhaps the ability for Technicians to assign multiple to other tickets? like admin? but only for areas they have access to?
