Subscribe to a ticket catagory

Allow a technician to be able to "subscribe" to a ticket category to be notified of any ticket changes in that category

There's a setting - "Email ALL technicians in a category when customer updates a ticket" - that does exactly that. A technician will be notified of ALL updates in his category.
