Scheduled Report ConfigurationThis idea is to expand on the capability of scheduling the reports. Our management wants to be able to obtain month - end statistics on tickets, and pretty much use all the reports available in order to do so. However, in order to get true month statistics, the reports have to be run on the last day of the month, meaning someone has to run the reports after hours. It would be more efficient to have a way to set a date and time for a report to be run, the criteria that the report should cover, then have Jitbit generate and email the report to the requester.
Would you guys look into creating Scheduled Reports for any type of report? There are a few reports that I run manually every week.8/5/2019 9:37 AM
Our manager runs about twenty reports at the end of the month for month end statistics to report to upper management. Would be nice to automate the process.9/6/2019 2:43 PM
