I just manually updated Help Desk to current version and I'm now receiving a error when i try to load the web-page.

Your web.config is missing some important directives that were added later. Please either copy the entire "<runtime>" section from the downloaded web.config to your existing one, or simply run the SetupTool.exe from the /bin subfolder after upgrading - it will do everything for you.
