Macro Recorder's interface is too small to read

MacroRecorder's interface does not scale properly in my environment – version 5.8.0.0 on Windows 10 with display's native resolution 2880x1800. I have tried several options in the Windows 10 "MacroRecorder Properties / Compatibility / Change high DPI settings" configuration without a satisfactory result.
