Macro Recorder fails to open - access is denied

Cannot open program, get this error:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Installer\2d520a8f-af8a-4cfa-9798-e65cb5b6631e' is denied.
