How to purge old tickets

Question:

Currently we are having records from past few years, we would like to remove them, this is required for compliance & privacy reasons. How do we do that?



Answer:

Under "Admin - General settings" there's a setting "Auto-delete closed tickets after X days", simply set it to 365 days (for 1 year).
