Easier editing of ticket subject line

We all know that people tend to write terrible subject lines. When I do my monthly team report, I have to review 175+ tickets. I would be able to prepare my report more quickly if the tickets had better subjects. What I'd like is to be able to edit the ticket subject line when the ticket comes in without having to leave the ticket window. This would be similar to the way Google docs allows you to edit a file name by simply clicking in the file name field when you're editing see: https://www.live2tech.com/change-file-name-google-sheets/ for an example of how this works.

This would allow me to rename tickets as them come in to have better ticket subjects rather than having to wait until the end of the month and open a bunch of tickets (I always hit the 6 tab max quickly).
