Whitelist domains
We have set our instance of Jitbit to only accept emails from known users. This is to prevent spam / junk mail.
The downside is that we need to know all of our customer's users that are allowed to call for our assistance.
If a new employee is drafted, we'd need to add him/her as a user as well. If we don't (don't know about the new user), we won't see any of his/her new requests.
I'd like to have a feature that allows any user in known domains for that purpose.
