Direct Sub Ticket Creation

New sub ticket functionality is good but would be really useful if you can add sub tickets within an already existing ticket and not just making a ticket a sub ticket of another existing ticket.

In the above menu, it would be great to be able to add a "Create subticket"

Would also be useful to add the same option here:
