Request for improvement:We are glad that "customer satisfaction beta" feature has now been included in Jitbit, this is a must have tool. thank you
The following are feature request or improvement we would like to request. this is in relation to the first release of Jitbit customer feedback.
Functionality,
-- Improvement to a more "personalize" customization
---- Allow department or company do their customer feedback sampling question.
---- Use of images as alternative to text (or allow user map their own icons) to improve engagement.
---- suggest to have it marked as 1-2-3-4-5 or 5-4-3-2-1 and allow user to map caption and image to this number
-- Flexible to have different selection option. (to meets other business requirement)
---- 3 options (Good Ok Bad)
---- 5 options, (Excellent, Very good, Good, Average, Poor) (most common)
---- 3 options (Good Ok Bad)
---- 5 options, (Excellent, Very good, Good, Average, Poor) (most common)
-- Automation
---- Best suited in "TICKET IS CLOSED" RULES, this will give us more flexibility
---- Ensure this is time based, and has control to avoid double post.

- Selection to only allow manager and or supervisor access to this report. (also please consider "is Manager" feature request).
- Option to allow customer satisfaction feedback report on technician dashboard based on the ticket they've closed. (reference to ticket is hidden)
- Ability to select company, department and or Custom field to narrow down Customer feedback.

Implemented some of it: more intuitive chart colors, click on the chart to filter tickets by ratings, filter by categories, assigned techs, and companies
