Enable custom fields in ticket view as filters / sort-able column view options

In the main Ticket view, I'd like "Select columns to display" option to include custom fields as options.

I also think custom fields should also be available as one of the filter options, just like they are in "advanced search" options.

Custom fields ARE available for the "select columns to display" if you enable "show in grid" in the custom field settings.

We'll consider the filters though.
