Sort email 'get file' links by date (descending) rather than by name

We you don't send attachments via email for security purposes, but use the #File# email variable in the template, the links to the files are sorted by name in the email notification.

Instead, they should be sorted by Newest (top) to oldest (bottom). So that way when an notification update comes in with an attachment, you know which is the newest attachment is rather than having to read through the entire list.

We current have an email notification that looks like this and we have to know that the newest attachment is the 3rd one in the list.

I would save time if the most recent attachment were always at the top.
