the possability to customize the "new Ticket" template with custom fields
It would be great if there would be the possibility to move generated custom fields in position in the "new ticket" template.
Also the ability marking custom fields as required.

Making fields "required" is already possible. And you can change the custom fields order. However, a 100% customizable form layout is not supported. This is a very technically challenging task and we'll need more upvotes for this 😉
