Send on behalf -via- field

Ability to customize the via field in the send on behalf section

This would be a nice feature to have. Currently most of the selections included in the "via" drop down encompass what we need, except for the end users that stop IT in the hallway or come to our offices in person. Adding an "In-Person" option would be beneficial.

This would be really helpful. Bare minimum adding "In-Person" as suggested by Aaron, but the ability to customise the whole list would be great.
