I get a lot of end users coming up to me in person with an issue. I enter the helpdesk ticket on behalf of those users, but there isn't an option via In Person. Can you add this option for us? I'd like to be able to track how many In Person helpdesk tickets come by each tech.
I suggest to give the possibility to edit the content of the list "via"
