What (problem) : 

Section and category of each subcases are not fully displayed.

Why (my opinion) : 

Due to field lenght limitation, the gurus has probably limited the display to the category in case of too long content.

- Actions multiplication (open the subcase for understanding)

- Information dupplications (in case of usability reduction )

Display section and category under the declarant instead of next to him
