This got me thinking so I implemented it myself. Check out my public gist that contains all the custom scripting/CSS that I use for Jitbit. In particular, look at the newly added CreateIconLinks() function. Thinking about adding a modifier eventually to where if I hold down CTRL or SHIFT, it performs different functions. I.E. open user profile page OR filter ticket list to user.

We've made the user icon clickable, but not sure if we should implement the category link since this is an easter-egg type of functionality (you can't really say what'g going to happen until you click it)

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the user icon clickable !

I think that links second to list of cases in this category is not really an easter-egg (but I like this idea😈)

For me, link the folder icon to = "https://xxx.jitbit.com/helpdesk/?mode=CurrentMode&categoryId=xxxxx" seems intuitive
The name of section and category should be linked to separates view.
Name of section linked to section cases view
Name of category linked to category cases view

But it's just my ideas
