We would like to propose a change into https://www.jitbit.com/helpdesk/helpdesk-api/#users-users

A new parameter called "returnDisabled" that accepts a boolean value.

When given true, the API should return disabled users in addition to enabled users.

Currently we cannot get a list of disabled users from the API, unless we know username or email of individual user.

Would you have any tips for this?
