Ability to add action buttons in ticket view to invoke automation/webservices

Ability to add action buttons to be visible in tickets

Such buttons would trigger either an automation task or an external web service and allow to submit information from the ticket / user data for the ticket.

Example uses:

- Invoke an external webservice that would collect information from other systems and update the ticket through the jitbit api
- Integrate with Azure logic apps to send request for approval to user's manager or to the resource owner

You can create a custom ticket status with a button, then create an automation rule that will be triggered by this status. And optionally, move the support ticket back to "in progress"
