Techs-Categories Export

It would be very helpful to be able to export a list of all techs and their allowed categories. The column layout could be identical to the current Users export, but with one row per user/cagegory combination, filtering for Techs only, and the added column for Category Description. The button could be labeled "Techs/Categories" or something similar
