Voicemail Transcription

We have our phone system configured to email us an audio file (.wav) to our support box when a voicemail is received. It would be EXTREMELY beneficial to offer some sort of feature to transcribe these audio files on demand and add to the ticket as a comment. Maybe something you can build as an integration point so that we can use Google's text-to-speech solution or other types of cloud solutions.

I think the best workaround would be to use the API for that. Get attachments from a ticket, send it to text-2-speech, update the ticket with results. If you want to trigger your script from Helpdesk side when the ticket arrives - use an automation rule for that.
