Hover Over Ticket Title for Brief Description of Request

Hi,

One feature that would be useful for me is to display all (or some) of the ticket request when the ticket title is hovered over on the ticket list.  Sometimes it’s easier just to hover for a quick reminder of the contents of a ticket rather than having to click and open each ticket.
