It would be nice in the Teams integration to be able to be a little more flexible and granular in the available options.

Include notifications for knowledgebase content being created
Optionally allow notifications for updates to articles
Provide a mechanism where if Teams notifications have been enabled for tickets and knowledgebase then optionally exclude technicians from receiving emails alerts for tickets and knowledgebase articles
