Service Desk

Would it be possible to have a top-level something like Service Desk that has the ability to manage more than one queue? I assume that the queues would need to share common categories in order to transfer tickets. Examples from another system provided.

Hi Cary, I'm not from Jitbit team but just another customer.
I understand that you would like manage severals differrents queue.
It's possible to do it via differrents status + external html page and hypertext link with filter on this status.
You can make the filter on the status and copy/paste the link (on a web page or as a shortcut)

You can also "save" a filtered view and then quickly access it via a shortcut link. In the tickets list click "filter" icon, set up a filter (by status for example) and then click "Save". See this picture: https://i.imgur.com/CogAgVy.png
