Service Desk
Would it be possible to have a top-level something like Service Desk that has the ability to manage more than one queue? I assume that the queues would need to share common categories in order to transfer tickets. Examples from another system provided.
I understand that you would like manage severals differrents queue.
It's possible to do it via differrents status + external html page and hypertext link with filter on this status.
You can make the filter on the status and copy/paste the link (on a web page or as a shortcut)
